Developed in collaboration with world-renowned coach Pete Holman, the Escape Barrow combines loaded carries (“Farmers Carry”) and sled pushes in one safe and convenient solution. It builds grip, hip, and core strength while improving overall power and endurance. The galvanized construction is suitable for both indoor and outdoor training, with a load capacity of up to 200 kg.
